Yeah I hear you on the football thing.Have to ask you...did you blink when the Marquette player jumped over the table yesterday? Also, recalling your story last year about your daughter and the dance team. How did that go this year?

10:53... guy hurdled about 6' to the left of me... no coach for dance team this year, unfortunately... Jillian is taking dance lessons with her boyfriend, though. Pretty cool, thanks for asking.

I'm afraid you have Tom Petty's set exactly backwards. He always closes with American Girl in concert. I agree with Runnin Down a Dream 'cause its THE SUPERBOWL! And he'll open with Free Fallin just so some chick at every party doesn't say "Who is this guy?"

Outside pick: Last Dance With Mary Jane

Paul,

24 is on hiatus due to the writers strike. So number of promo's for that show...0

However, double the number of promos for American Idol, Don't Forget the Lyrics, Terminator, and Moment of Truth.

Shameless Fox plug of the day.

American Idol winner to sing national anthem. Give me a break.
How about someone we've actually heard of. I never watch A.I.

I foresee a "Fox-fest" coming up.

I'm sure he won't, but I'd love to see Petty play something off his Last DJ disc.

Pretty close on that Petty set list! Didn't see "Won't Back Down" coming though...a little disappointed that they cut the second verse out of "Runnin Down a Dream"

Dang, and Prince why I watched last year. It is an indoor show this year. No rain, purple or otherwise. I caught Petty at halftime by luck. Nice having them there.

I keep hearing in my head the one coach mantra that I know "Defense wins championships."

Great game, great win, great half-time, not so great commercials. Loved Tom Petty and band taking a bow together - 20 y/o son got to see true rock-n-roll.
