Holiday MAYDAY

I need some good online shopping sites, fast. Thanks... ran into D. Baker in downtown Nashville Tuesday night, at a blues club I visit whenever I'm there... Dusty is something of a music nut, another reason I like the guy... speaking of blues, my man Stacy Mitchart (Sycamore High), famous guitarist, is now steady at B.B. King's in Nashville... he tours, too, and is scouting a Cincy location for a concert featuring his band a and a couple local acts... he liked the Madison over in Covington... I suggested the theater on Oakley Square, the name of which momentarily eludes me... I saw Dickey Betts there a few years back... to me, dealing Bailey/Votto/Freel to B-more for Bedard makes sense... I'm a little tired of Next Years...

Doc - slickdeals.net, mybargainbuddy.com, cheapuncle.com. They will have coupon codes and hot deals from numerous retailers.
As for the blues: I've never been impressed with Stacy Mitchart. He's an able guitarist, but his show seems to be more about him than the music. My personal favorite is Sonny Moorman, and he's local. His chops put Stacy to shame. Just my $.02.
If you ever have a chance to cover a non-sports topic, check out Sonny Moorman's "Rock School" in Fairfield. He's a great musician and a great teacher, and they offer all kinds of lessons there (guitar, bass, drums, horns, etc.) Hey, whatever happened to those Sunday columns you used to have in the Tempo/Life section anyway?

Like the stream-of-conscious posts.
You must be having a real tough time down there "working" like a dog.
BB's is a good place. But almost any place up & down the street is good.

What was it you're covering again?

Did you go to the blues club wearing that pink shirt?

Where can I buy one of those?

Hey 3:55... it's not pink. It's, uh, coral. Stein-Mart, because I'm cheap. Go get you one, sweet thing.

Prof.,
Try zappos.com. Used to be just shoes, but have watches, sportswear and other stuff now. Speaking of blues, local legend Noah Hunt of the Kenny Wayne Sheperd Band is the best, and he might be at Stanley's on New Year's Eve (not local anymore, so I don't know). Saw him and KWS at The Jont at the Hard Rock here in Las Vegas a few weeks ago and man, they are unbelievable.

How can you live with that pink shirt photo. Was that a dirty trick by by editor with his photo shop? No normal person in their right mind would wear pink
